A bomb went off in Birgunj municipality-19 of Parsa district today. According to the area police office, Sutali bomb was exploded early this morning. आज बिहान बिरगंज महानगरपालिका वोड़ा न १९ मा बम बिस्फोट भएको छ। बिहान बम बिस्फोट भएको ठुलो आवाज आएको स्थानीय वासीले भनेका छन्। यस बारेमा वोड़ा प्रहरी कार्यालय श्रीपुरका प्रहरी निरिक्ष्यक ऋषिराज ढुंगेलले सुतली बम रहेको बताउनु भयो।
