Police on Saturday arrested 47-year-old Prem Bahadur Lohani, a resident of Gorkha municipality-23 Deurali on the charge of sexually abusing a 26-year-old physically disabled woman. Police arrested Lohani on the basis of a complaint lodged at DPO Gorkha accusing him of sexually abusing the woman on Friday, September 15, informed inspector Ram Chandra Shah. The victim underwent medical examination at district hospital on September 17. शारिरीक अपाङ्गता भएकी २६ वर्षीया महिलालाई यौन दुर्व्यवहार गरेको आरोपमा प्रहरीले गोरखा नगरपालिका-१३ देउरालीका ४७ वर्षीय प्रेमबहादुर लोहनीलाई भदौ ३१ गते गिरफ्तार गरेको छ । पीडित महिलालाई आरोपितले भदौ ३० गते यौन दुर्व्यवहार गरेको आरोपमा पीडितका आफन्तले भदौ ३१ गते जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयमा उजुरी दिएका थिए । पीडित पक्षको उजुरीका आधारमा आरोपितलाई अनुसन्धानका लागि गिरफ्तार गरिएको इन्स्पेक्टर रामचन्द्र शाहले भने । पीडित महिलाको स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण असोज १ गते जिल्ला अस्पतालमा गरिएको छ ।
