Youth assaulted

Bijaya Thapa, 25, of Byas Municipality-10, Kumaltari, sustained critical injuries when an unidentified person attacked him with a sharp weapon at Byas Municipality of Tanahun on Wednesday night. Thapa received deep injuries to his head and leg. He has been referred to Pokhara based Metrocity Hospital after minor treatment at Ratna Hari Hospital of the district. Police said search for the assaulter was on.
