The District Administration Office has declared Ramche area of Kalika Rural Municipality as restricted area effective from the morning of November 23 due to its security sensitivity. The administration said that the area is declared as restricted zone to avoid possible incidents between the political parties as left alliance and democratic alliance has scheduled election assembly in this area today. The administration has said that no election activities are allowed within 300 meters around the polling centers. The security of the district has been tightened and all preparation of election has been finalized. रसुवाको कालिका गाउँपालिका–१ राम्चेलाई जिल्ला प्रशासन कार्यालय रसुवाले निषेधित क्षेत्र घोषणा गरेको छ । जिल्ला सुरक्षा समितिको बिहीबार बसेको बैठकले आज मध्यान्ह १२ बजेदेखि राति १० बजेसम्मका लागि निषेधित क्षेत्र घोषणा गरेको हो । राम्चेमा लोकतान्त्रिक गठबन्धन र वाम गठबन्धनले एकै स्थानमा आमसभा राखेको हुँदा सुरक्षालाई मध्यनजर राख्दै स्थानीय प्रशासन ऐन २०२८ को दफा ६ (३) बमोजिम सभा जुलुस गर्न नपाइने गरी निष्ोधित क्षेत्र घोषणा गरिएको प्रमुख जिल्ला अधिकारी चोमेन्द्र न्यौपानेले बताउनुभयो । स्थान परिवर्तन गर्नका लागि दुबै गठबन्धनसँग समन्वय गरेको र आग्रहलाई अस्वीकार गरेपछि निषेधित क्षेत्र घोषणा गरिएको उहाँको भनाइ छ ।
