A vehicle of Nepali Congress candidate for provincial assembly elections in Kaplibastu-1 ‘A’, Puran Tharu, has been targeted in a blast in Kapilbastu district today. The vehicle used in his electioneering was completely destroyed in the attack. The blast did not cause any other loss, police say. Tharu is considered a popular politician in local Tharu community. Meanwhile, police say they have launched a manhunt to nab suspects of the incident. कपिलवस्तुमा कांग्रेस उम्मेदवारको चुनावी गाडीमा बम बिस्फोट गराइएको छ । कपिलवस्तुको क्षेत्र नं १ (क) बाट कांग्रेसका उम्मेदवार पुरन थारूको गाडीमा विष्फोट गराइएको हो । बिस्फोटबाट उनले प्रचारप्रसारमा प्रयोग गर्ने गाडी पूर्ण रुपमा जलेको छ । विष्फोटबाट अन्य कुनै क्षति भने भएको छैन । उनी थारू समुदायका लोकप्रिय नेता मानिन्छन् । घटना लगत्तै प्रहरीले बम आक्रमण गर्नेको खोजी शुरु गरेको प्रहरीले जनाएको छ ।
