An employee at the Malepatan branch of Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) in Pokhara Lekhnath Municipality has been arrested with Rs 25,000 bribe from his office. Ishwor Prasad Subedi was caught red-handed with the cash by a team from the regional office of Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority on Tuesday. Subedi had demanded the money from a customer to install an electricity metre for three-phase power line. (PR) नेपाल विद्युत प्राधिकरण वितरण तथा ग्राहक सेवा केन्द्र मालेपाटन, पोखराका कर्मचारी घुस लिँदालिँदै पक्राउ परेका छन् । मंगलबार दिउँसाे सेवाग्राहीबाट २५ हजार रूपैयाँ घुस लिँदालिँदै इलेक्ट्रिक फोरम्यान चौथो तहका कर्मचारी र्इश्वरप्रसाद सुवेदी पक्राउ परेका हुन् । थ्रि फेज विद्युत मिटर जडानमा सुवेदीले घुसको बार्गेनिङ गर्दै २५ हजार रूपैयाँ चाहिने अडान लिएपछि अख्तियार अनुसन्धानको क्षेत्रीय कार्यालयमा उजुरी परेको थियो । उजुरीका आधारमा अख्तियारको विशेष टोलीले उनलाई रंगेहात पक्राउ गरेको अख्तियारले जनाएको छ । सुवेदीलाई नियन्त्रणमा लिइ थप अनुसन्धान भइरहेको छ ।
