Police have arrested 18 years old Ram Bilash Sada of Rajbiraj Municipality-10 Dighaba on January 1 on charge of molesting 12 years old girl. The victim was molested by the accused on December 24 according to the victim. She said that she verbally complained police after her family tried to conceal the truth. The victim’s father registered the written complaint on next day according to acting SP Dhruba Kumar Shrestha of DPO. Immediately after lodging the complaint, the victim underwent a health checkup on January 1 according to the police. १२ वर्षीया बालिकालाई यौन दुर्व्यवहार घटनाका आरोपमा प्रहरीले राजविराज नपा-१० दिघवाका १८ वर्षीय रामविलास सदालाई पुस १७ गते गिरफ्तार गरेको छ । पीडित बालिकालाई आरोपितले पुस ९ गते यौन दुर्व्यवहार गरेको पीडितले बताइन् । गाउँसमाजको डरले प्रहरीमा उजुरी गर्न अभिभावक नमानिरहेका बेला पुस १६ गते बालिका स्वयम् जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय गई मौखिक उजुरी गरेकी थिइन् । पीडित बालिकाले मौखिक उजुरी गरेपछि पुस १७ गते जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयमा पीडित बालिकाका बावु पुगेर लिखित उजुरी दिएको जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयका निमित्त एसपी ध्रुबकुमार श्रेष्ठले बताए । उजुरी दर्ताका साथै पुस १७ गते नै पीडितको स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण गरेर आरोपितलाई गिरफ्तार गरिएको निमित्त एसपी श्रेष्ठले बताए ।
