Rukum/July 21 The District Court has sentenced Jeetu Sharma, 19, of Nuwakot VDC-6 to nine years in prison for unnatural sex with a 9-year-old boy. Sharma was arrested at Kohalpur in Banke as he was taking some children of his village across the border in March 7. He was accused of unnatural sex with the children even during the travel to the border. The family members of the rescued children claimed that he had been abusing the children for the last five years. The court found him guilty on July 18. The children’s family members had filed a complaint against Sharma under the charge of unnatural sex and rape. Adarsh KC रुकुम । ०७० साउन ६ गते एक ९ वर्षीय बालकलाई अप्राकृतिक यौन शोषण गरेको आरोपमा मुद्दा खेपिरहेका नुवाकोट गाविस वडा न ६ बस्ने १९ वर्षीया जीतु शर्मालाई जिल्ला अदालत रुकुमले ९ वर्षको सजायको फैसला सुनाएको छ । शर्माले ०६९ फागुन २३ गते गाउँका बालबालिकाहरूलाई अप्राकृतिक यौन शोषण गदै घरबाट भारत तिर हिडाएका थिए । सोही समयमा उनलाई बाँकेको कोहलपुरबाट प्रहरीले गिरफतार गरेको थियो । उनले पाँच वर्षदेखि बालबालिकाहरूलाई गोप्य रुपमा अप्राकृतिक यौन शोषण गदै आएको पीडित पक्षको आरोप छ । उनलाई साउन ३ गते जिल्ला अदालत रुकुमले दोषी ठहर गर्दै ९ वर्षजेल सजाय सुनाएको हो । पीडितका आफन्तले शर्माविरुद्ध अप्राकृतिक मैथुन तथा जबरजस्ती करणी अन्तर्गत उजुरी दर्ता गरेका थिए । यसअघि उनलाइ पुर्पक्षमा राखेर अनसुन्धान गरिदै आएको थियो । आदर्श के.सी
