Police have arrested 18 years old youth on the charge of a rape case. According to the police the youth of Janaki Rural Municipality, Banke used to do rape to a 13 years old disable girl when there was nobody in his home. The 13 years old victim girl is unable to speak. Later on, after the rape victim girl told her parents about the incident. The accused was arrested and the incident is under investigation according to the police. बाँकेमा बालिकालाई टिभी हेर्न बोलाएर बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा एक १८ बर्षीय युवक पक्राउ परेका छन् । जानकी गाउँपालिकाका ति युवकले कोही नभएको बेलामा दिउँसो १२ बजेतिर १३ बर्षीय बालिकालाई आफ्नै घरमा टिभी हेर्न बोलाएर जबर्जस्तीकरणी गर्ने गरेका थिए । बलात्कृत बोल्न नसक्ने अपाङ्गता रहेको प्रहरीले जनाएको छ । घटनाका बारेमा बालिकाले इशारा गरेर परिवारलाई बताएपछि परिवारले प्रहरीमा उजुरी गरेका थिए ।
