Police have arrested 50-year-old Sesh Mansoor Babu of Birgunj Metropolitan-13 on May 24 on charge of attempting to rape 27-year-old woman. The accused was arrested by the police near the premises of District Court of Parsa according to SP Rewati Dhakal of District Police Office. Complaint against Mansoor was lodged by the victim at District Police Office of Parsa on December 24. Police said that the health checkup of the victim is still to be done. The accused was absconding after the incident according to police.
