Rautahat, balatkar aaropit teen barsha pachi girafter. Rautahat/September 19 Police have arrested Bedananda Pathak, 25, of Hathiyahi VDC-2 on September 18, three years after he was charged with rape. He was accused of raping a 35-year-old woman of Chandranigahpur VDC-6 on May 10, 2010. An FIR was against him on May 11, 2010 at Area Police Office, Chandranigahpur after which Pathak fled. A team specially mobilized in the leadership of DSP Prakash Ranabhat of APO Chandranigahpur at Santapur (Ma) VDC at around 8 pm. DSP Ranabhat has said that he would be moved to Rautahat District Court. Rambabu Ray Yadav, another accused is being searched. The FIR said that the woman, mute and deaf, was raped by the duo making her husband, who also was mute and deaf, to go to the market to buy cigarette.
