Police on Saturday arrested an elderly on charge of raping a nine-year-old girl at Arjundhara Municipality in Jhapa on Friday. A police team led by DSP Krishna Prasad Koirala arrested Man Bahadur Baniya, 60, after locals reported the incident to the police.
