Police have arrested 22 years old Laxman Bohara of Chuha Municipality-6 and 25 years old Mangal Giri on August 14 on charge of attempting to gang rape 40 years old woman. The victim had lodged complaint at Area Police Office of Lamki on August 11 on charge of attempting to rape on August 10. SP Binod Ghimire of Area Police Office said that both accused were arrested by the police on August 14 for the investigation. The victim woman organized press meet on August 14 and informed that she was verbally abused by the accused over the phone and attempted to rape afterwards however the attempt was retaliated by the victim. ४० वर्षीया महिलालाई सामूहिक बलात्कार प्रयास गरेको आरोपमा प्रहरीले लम्की चुहा नपा-६ का २२ वर्षीय लक्ष्मण बोहरा र २५ वर्षीय मङ्गल गिरीलाई साउन २९ गते गिरफ्तार गरेको छ । पीडित महिलालाई आरोपितद्वयले साउन २५ गते बलात्कार प्रयास गरेको आरोपमा पीडितले साउन २६ गते इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय, लम्कीमा उजुरी गरेपछि साउन २९ गते आरोपितहरूलाई गिरफ्तार गरी अनुसन्धान थालिएको जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयका एसपी विनोद घिमिरेले बताए । पीडित महिलाले साउन २९ गते पत्रकार सम्मेलन गरी आरोपितद्वयले आफूलाई फोनबाट अपशव्द प्रयोग गर्नुको साथै गालीगलौच गरेको र केही समयपछि घरमा आएर बलात्कारको प्रयास गरेको आरोप लगाइन् । आफूले प्रतिकार गरेका कारण आरोपितहरू असफल भएको उनले बताइन् ।
