Police have arrested 22 years old Firoz Ahemad Musalman of Sanskritik Municipality-6 on September 8 on charge of raping 13 years old girl. The victim’s mother had lodged complaint at Area Police Office of Lumbini on September 8 on charge of rape on September 7. Inspector Shanker Bhattari of Area Police Office said that he was arrested based on a complaint lodged by the victim’s mother. She underwent health checkup at Bhim Hospital on September 8 according to the police. रुपन्देहीमा एक बालिका बलात्कृत भएकी छन् । इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय लुम्बिनीका अनुसार लुम्बिनी सांस्कृतिक नगरपालिका वडा नं ६ की १३ वर्षीया बालिकालाई बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा स्थानीय २२ वर्षीय फिरोज अहमद मुसलमान पक्राउ परेका हुन् । बालिकालाई फिरोजले मिठाई खुवाउने प्रलोभनमा पारेर लुम्बिनीको एक होटलमा लगेर बलात्कार गरेको प्रहरीले बताएको छ । होटलमा लगेर बलात्कार गरेपछि फिरोजले मोबाइलबाट खिचेको नग्न तस्बिर फेसबुकमा पोस्ट गर्ने धम्की दिँदै गर्दा प्रहरीले ती बालिकालाई उद्धार गरेको प्रहरी निरीक्षक शंकर पोखरेलले बताउनु भयो ।
