Police on Thursday arrested 20-year-old Mane Pariyar of Sworgadwarai municipality on the charge of raping a 36-year-old woman. The victim had lodged a complaint at District Police Office on August 27 saying that Mane raped her on August 25. Police could not arrest Mane at the time as he went on the run. Police arrested him on September 12 from his hom after they were tip-offed that he had returned home, stated inspector Gitaprashad Chaudhary. ३६ वर्षीया महिलालाई बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा प्रहरीले स्वर्गद्वारी नगरपालिका–२ का २० वर्षीय मने परियारलाई भदौ २८ गते गिरफ्तार गरेको छ । पीडित महिलालाई आरोपितले भदौ ९ गते बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा पीडित पक्षले भदौ ११ गते जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयमा उजुरी दिएको थियो । प्रहरीमा उजुरी दिए पनि आरोपित फरार रहेका कारण प्रहरीले गिरफ्तार गर्न सकेको थिएन । भदौ २८ गते आरोपित घर आएको सूचना पाएपछि प्रहरीले गिरफ्तार गरेकोे जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयका इन्स्पेक्टर गिताप्रसाद चौधरीले बताए । पीडित महिलाको स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण भदौ ११ गते जिल्ला अस्पताल बिजुवारमा गरिएको थियो ।
