Family members of a 29-year-old woman with disability have lodged a complaint against 21-year-old Chandra Bahadur Pariyar of Siranchowk rural municipality-8 Byakharka on Friday at District Police Office accusing him of raping the woman on September 11. Police had arrested the accused on Thursday on the basis of a verbal complaint lodged by the victim's family. The victim underwent medical examination at district hospital on Thursday. २४ वर्षीया अपाङ्गता भएकी युवतीलाई बलात्कार गरेको आरोपमा उनका आफन्तले भदौ २९ गते जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयमा उजुरी दिएका छन् । पीडित युवतीलाई भदौ २६ गते सिरानचोक गाउँपालिका–८ ब्याखर्कका २१ वर्षीय चन्द्रबहादुर परियारले बलात्कार गरेको उनको आफन्तले दिएको उजुरीमा उल्लेख छ । मौखिक उजुरीकै आधारमा भदौ २८ गते परियारलाई प्रहरीले गिरफ्तार गरेको छ । पीडित युवतीको स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण भदौ २८ गते जिल्ला अस्पतालमा गरिएको छ ।
