Metropolitan police of Bharatpur man-handled a fruit vendor selling fruits in footpath at Shahid Chowk,Bharatpur on Sep 27. Sumitra Chaudhary was abused and put into a police van after the Metropolitan authorities decided against vendors selling fruits on the footpath and arranged for an alternative selling spot for them.
