Police arrested 27-year-old Dipak Subedi, an assistant at Opthalmology department at Ilam district hospital on the charge of sexually abusing a 17-year-old teenager. Police arrested Subedi after the girl reported to the police on Tuesday that Subedi attempted to rape her at his room in Ilam municipality-7 on September 29. Subedi who hails from Gaidakot municipality-12 Nawalparasi had been working in Ilam district hospital since the past one year. SP Madhav Prashad Shrestha of DPO Ilam said that an attempted rape case had been filed against Subedi. इलाम अस्पतालका नेत्र सहायक दीपक सुवेदी यौन दुर्व्यवहार आरोपमा पक्राउ परेका छन्। १७ वर्षीया बालिका माथि यौन दुर्व्यवहार गरेको आरोपमा २७ वर्षीय सुवेदीलाई पक्राउ गरिएको प्रहरीले जनाएको छ। इलाम नगरपालिका ७ मा रहेको आफू बस्ने कोठामा बोलाएर उनले गत १३ गते बालिका माथि याैन दुर्व्यवहार गरेको भन्दै मंगलवार पीडित पक्षले प्रहरीमा उजुरी गरेका थिए। नवलपरासीको गैंडाकोट १२ घर भएका सुवेदी वर्षदिन देखि इलाम अस्पतालमा कार्यरत छन्। उनी विरुद्ध जबर्जस्ती करणी अन्तर्गत मुद्दा दर्ता गरी अनुसन्धान थालिएको जिल्ला प्रहरी प्रमुख एसपी माधवप्रसाद श्रेष्ठले बताए।
