19-year-old boy was killed in a sharp weapon attack on September 28 by a group of 8 people. The boy was stabbed in a Dashain fair at Biratnagar-9. The boy breathed his last breath at the Koshi Zonal hospital,Biratnagar after being seriously injured..

According to the police, as many as 8 people stabbed Bhagat. 6 of them were arrested while 2 are absconding. Among them, 5 perpetrators were aged under 18.  According to reports, 18-year-old Bishal Sahani of Biratnagar-11 stabbed Bhagat.
