Dailekh/ November 12 UML cadre and coordinator of election campaign of constituency no. 2 Sher Bahadur Thapa Magar has been beaten by NC cadres on November 11 evening at Kalila Higher Secondary School of SingaSaini VDC-7. The UML cadre was beaten all of a sudden by the NC cadres coming in a group of 25-30 people. According to UML Dailekh District Committee member Prem Thapa, he saved his life by escaping the attack. The victim sustained injury in head and backbone. He is undergoing treatment at local health post. UML issued a press release condemning the act.
