A complaint against 18 years old Chatur Lal Mandal of Tirhut Rural Municipality-4 has been lodged at Area Police Office of Kanchanrup on December 16 on charge of abducting and raping 14 years old girl.

The victim’s father had lodged complaint against the accused at Area Police Office of Kanchanrup on December 14 and on a same day the victim underwent health checkup at Gajendra Narayan Singh Sagarmatha Hospital according to inspector Pratik Bista.

The victim’s party said that the accused had lured the girl before raping her after abduction. Police said that the accused is at large and search for him is undergoing.
