A complaint against 22 years old youth has been lodged at Area Police Office of Mirchaya on January 11 on charge of rape on 18 years old girl.

The victim’s party said that youth whose name and address is unidentified, had raped the girl on January 10. The victim’s party said that the girl knows the accused only through phone as they do not have long friendship.

She underwent health checkup at District Hospital of Siraha on January 10. According to DSP Suk Dev Khanal of Area Police Office of Mirchaiya, legal procedure has been initiated for the action. The accused is still unidentified according to the police and investigation is undergoing.
