Police arrests woman on infanticide charge

Police on Wednesday arrested a woman from Mahaboudha in Kathmandu on the charge of killing on Tuesday her newly born child. The arrested woman identified as Manju Chaudhary of Kapilbastu district had gone on the run after killing her baby. Police conducted the deceased baby's postmortem at Teaching Hospital in Majarajgunj. Police are futher investigating on the incident.
