NOV 19 Cadres of UCPN (Maoist) have prevented voters from other parties to cast their vote at three polling booths of party Chairman Puspa Kamal Dahal's constituency in Siraha-5. UCPN (Maoist) supporters have prevented cadres of other parties from queuing in line at all the three voting stations in the constituency. Only UCPN (Maoist) cadres are allowed to line and vote, oppositions have claimed. Oppositions have blamed UCPN (Maoist) of preventing their cadres from voting at two polling stations in Badahamal VDC and one at Kalyanpur in the district.
