Issuing a press statement on Tuesday, CPN-Maoist central member and Rolpa in charge Amar Jhakri has accused the UCPN (Maoist) of forcefully taking seven party cadres under party's control on Monday and keeping them in undisclosed place. He has demanded to release party cadres at the earliest. The statement has warned that the UCPN (Maoist) and the government will be responsible for the situation that may emerge if they were not released at the earliest. However, UCPN (Maoist) regional member Purna KC has said that they handed over CPN-Maoist cadres to the police as they were found making explosives.
