Police arrests youth on the charge of raping minor girl

Police on Saturday evening arrested 25-year-old Roshan Kumal of Mathagadhi rural municipality-3 Sarai of Palpa district on the charge of raping a 13-year-old minor girl from Mathagadhi rural municipality-5 currently residing in Devdaha municipality-6 Daunne of Rupandehi district. Kumal allegedly raped the minor girl on Friday evening.
According to the police, Kumal a tipper driver working at a Mathagadhi rural municipality-7 based Palpa Cement pvt ltd raped the minor girl by offering the girl lift from Daunne of Nawalparasi. Police are further investigating on the incident.
