A leader of Biplov led NCP arrested in Palpa

The president of the Peasants Association of Palpa associated with Biplov led CPN has been arrested.
Topraj Basyal, a resident of Tansen Municipality-,1 Madanpokhara, was arrested by police on Thursday morning. He was also the district member and executive member of Peasants Association of Biplov led party.
The locals said that Police had arrested Basyal after a bomb had exploded at the building of Ribdikot Rural-Municipality on early Thursday morning.
