Cadres of Netra Bikram Chand-led group vandalized a school bus belonging to Gautam Buddha Boarding School in Bhadrapur saying that it violated the general strike called by the group.

According to District Police Office Jhapa, two unknown men came on a bike, made the moving bus to stop and vandalized the school bus bearing plate number as Me 1 Kha 1934. According to DSP Mahendra Kumar Shrestha, no human injury was caused by the incident because students were not on the bus. 

Chand-led group has called for a general strike on Thursday, against the government's decision of banning to their party and demanding the release of their cadres.
