Jagat Thagunna has been accused of misbehaving with a team of police, who went to his house for the discussion about him beating his 32-year-old wife, Tara Thagunna of Dogadakedar Rural Municipality-4.
According to Deepak Patali, Inspector of the District Police Office, Baitadi the accused Thagunna had mistreated and abused the police, who went for the discussion after victim Tara Thagunna has filed a complaint against her husband at Police Station, Khaachalek.
According to Patali, police has arrested Thagunna on 27th June on the charge of misbehaving with the police and a case has been filed in the District Administration Office.
Accused Thaguna, however, accused the police of beating him up in a spouse dispute.
