Police arrested a man on the charge of a rape attempt in Sunsari District. Dhurva Maskey, a businessman from Dharan-8 has been arrested on the charge of attempting to rape an 11-year-old girl.
According to Area police office of Dharan, the incident occurred when the girl had gone to Maskey's shop to buy something. Police arrested Maskey on the basis of a complaint lodged by the victim's relative.
