Memorandum to the district administration alleging physical torture by the police

On August 27, locals of Khadibari submitted a memorandum to the district administration office demanding action against the DSP who arrested and beat up three locals who were trying to organize an event in support of Rabi Lamichhane. The memorandum was handed over to Chief District Officer Jeevan Prasad Dulal demanding action against the culprit.
