Rolpa, UML ko chunabi pracharma UCPN-M dwara aabarodh. Rolpa/November 13 UCPN-M cadres have obstructed the UML cadres heading for their election campaign at Dubring VDC. UML has said that the group of 6-7 UCPN-M cadre carrying lathis obstructed them on November 13. UML poll candidate from constituency no. 2 Kumar Dasauda said that the lathis used by the UCPN-M was snatched from them to stop them from attacking. The NC and UML blamed that UCPN-M was conducting activities violating the election CoC because of fear of losing the election. NC accused that the UCPN-M has been terrorizing the voters as well.
