A woman from Dhobini rural municipality-5 Jagarnathpur and her 16-year-old daughter were critically injured after being beaten by 60-year-old Saukat Dewan and his sons, 35-year-old Firoz Dewa, 25-year-old Afroj Dewan and Safaroj Dewan saying that they had failed to return money owed to Saukat on time.
The woman, Rahambani Khatun, sustained serious injury on her chest while her daughter sustained injury on her tooth. The victim's husband said that Saukat and his sons also held them hostage for an hour.
