Police arrests escapee of attempted murder charge

Police on Tuesday arrested an escapee of Attempted Murder charge, Bir Bahadur Yadav of Devatal Municipality-3.
Yadav, had gone on the run after a group of men including him attacked 24-year-old Samim Aalam of Pachrauta Municipality-2 with an iron rod on the banks of Pasaha river in Devatal Municipality-3 on the night of May 6 with the intent of killing him. Samim had sustained a serious injury in the incident.
Police arrested Yadav from the Motibagh toll in Kalaiya Sub-metropolis-1.
According to the District Police Office, Bara, Yadav has been sent to the jail office Birgunj Parsa for a court order.
