One arrested on the charge of sexually abusing a teenager in Ilam

Police on Wednesday arrested 32-year-old Bibas Rai of Deumai Rural Municipality-1 on the charge of sexually abusing a 14-year-old girl.
According to DSP Hemanta Bhandari of District Police Office, police arrested Rai on the basis of a complaint lodged against him on November 4 by the victim's party. In the complaint they accused him of sexually abusing the minor girl on November 3.
The victim underwent a medical examination at district hospital on November 4.
