Chand-led NCP occupies private land in Byas

On November 10, Biplov led Nepal Communist Party(NCP) captured 33 ropani lands in the legal ownership of Ram Bahadur Nepali of Byas Municipality-12.
NCP has given the ultimatum to either return the land or to give the value of the land in cash and has warned not to use the land until the case is resolved.
