Police arrests ward chairperson for assaulting an employee

Police, on November 11, arrested Chabilal Haujali Magar, 41-year-old ward chairperson of Mohanyal Rural Municipality-5 in accusation of physically assaulting 30-year-old Tulsara Sinjalli, an employee of the ward.
The victim had filed a complaint of physical assault against the ward chairperson on November 10. The victim underwent a medical examination on November 10 in Ghodaghodi Hospital, said Dakchya Kumar Basnet, the DSP of Kailali District Police Office.
