Man arrested for attempting rape

Gandaki, Nawalparasi East, Kawasoti, Ward 3
District Police Office Nawalparasi East arrested 41-year-old Dipak Poudel of Kawasoti Municipality-3 on November 22 on the charge of attempting rape on a 36-year-old woman.
The victim filed a complaint against the accused on November 13 stating that the Poudel attempted to rape her on September 2.
Inspector Rajendra Prasad Adhikari informed that investigation is underway. The victim's medical examination was done on November 13.
