Sankhuwasabha, kartavya jyaan muddha aropit tarekhma riha. The District Court has sent Lakpa Wangdi Sherpa of Makalu VDC-5 to jail for investigation of murder of Doma Sherpa after rape. Body of Doma was found in a jungle in Makalu VDC-5 on November 20, 2013. Police had arrested Lakpa and charged him under murder, rape and theft on November 25 following a complaint filed by the family of the deceased on November 24. Meanwhile, the other accused Phudorchi Shepa is absconding.
