Doti, Balitkrit baalika alapatra avasthama. A girl who was raped has been left stranded in Budar of Chhatiban VDC due to lack of funds. According to the victim, Ganesh Bhattarai of Sirsha VDC in Dadeldhura who works as a driver had taken her to Dadeldhura after luring her on December 17. She said that he sent her to Dhangadhi after raping her on December 19. She further said that she was raped again in Dhangadhi. Locals said that the victim was found stranded in Budar on December 22 morning. She had told them that she was left there at night after rape. No organization has expressed concern over her situation. Women and Children Office and District Police Office Dadeldhura is also silent over her condition though they have been informed. Kailesh Paneru of INSEC Dadeldhura said that the Chief District Officer had informed that the incident fell under the jurisdiction of Doti police.
