Man arrested on charge of rape

Police arrested 29-year-old Prem Bahadur Thapa of Ghiring Rural Municipality-5 on January 24 on the charge of raping a 25-year-old woman with intellectual disability.
According to the police, the accused raped the victim on January 17 while she was alone at her house.
