Police arrests man on rape charge in Dailekh

Police on Sunday arrested 57-year-old Man Bahadur Thapa of Bhagawatimai Rural Municipality-1 in Dailekh on the charge of raping a 46-year-old woman having a physical disability.
Police arrested Thapa from his home after the woman's family filed a complaint against him on January 24, accusing him of raping the woman on January 21, informed information officer of District Police Office Dailekh inspector Nain Bahadur Saud.
The victim underwent a medical examination at Dailekh hospital on January 24. Police are further investigating the incident.
