Youth accused of gang rape arrested

Police arrested 18-year-old Sunil Kumar Kawar of Ghorahi sub-metropolitan-1 on February 4 on the charge of raping two girls, 16 and 18 years of age.
Kawar along with 19-year-old Nawaraj Pun of Bangalachuli Rural Municipality-1 and 20-year-old Keshar Wali of Bangalachuli-6 allegedly raped the girls. The victim's party filed a complaint at the District Police Office on January 28.
The other two accused are absconding and search is underway.
