Prakash Kafle, Principal of Mahindri Secondary School situated in Byas Municipality-9, allegedly slapped a 15-year-old student, Nirjala Dhakal on February 11. The student's grandfather informed that Nirjala's ear bled and received treatment at Ratnahari Hospital on February 12.
