Two people, who were on the run, were arrested on the charge of stabbing a man at Basundhara, Kathmandu.
According to the Metropolitan Police Circle, Maharajgunj, the two arrested were Biplav Kunwar and Rawal Shrestha Shilpakar.
On February 7, the duo had reported stabbed Khil Bahadur Rana at Basundhara. They had fled the scene after stabbing Rana, who would drive a van (Ba 21 Cha 9318). Rana is undergoing treatment and is said to be critical.
According to DSP Umesh Lamsal of the Metropolitan Police Circle, the duo will be booked under the murder attempt charge and the investigation will go forward accordingly.
