Police arrested 33-year-old Tham Bahadur Thapa on February 19 on the charge of vandalizing a car bearing plate number BA 20 CHA 4003 parked at Kathmandu Metropolitan-26, Mitranagar.
Thapa allegedly vandalized the car owned by Dipak Kumar Simkhada because of personal rivalry.
