Police arrests youth on rape charge in Dhanusha

Police on Wednesday evening arrested 26-year-old Ajaya Kumar Mukhiya, a resident of Janakpur Sub-metropolitan City-6 on the charge of raping a 16-year-old girl. Police deployed from Area Police Office Tarapatti immediately after being reported that Mukhiya raped the girl by forcibly taking her to a bush while she was returning home from a wedding ceremony arrested him.
Police are further investigating the incident.
