Ex ASI arrested for raping colleague

Rajendra Rai, an ex-ASI of Nepal Police, is arrested for raping a colleague. A female police personnel filed a complaint against Rai stating that he raped her 9 months ago.
Rai resigned on February 13. He was stationed at Security Service Directive at Police Headquarters when he resigned from the position.
