Rape accused arrested after seven months

Bagmati, Kabhrepalanchok, Mandandeupur, Ward 8
Police, on April 22, arrested three youths on the charge of raping a 16-year-old girl on September 30, 2019. Among the arrested are 19-year-old Sabin Gautam of Banepa Municipality-10, 19-year-old Sabin Dulal of Helambu Rural Municipality-4, and 18-year-old Sandesh Thapa of Panauti Municipality-5.
