Police arrested a 14-year-old boy on Tuesday evening on the charge of raping a 14-year-old girl. The accused is from Ram Prasad Rai Rural Municipality-6 and was residing at Kanepokhari Rural Municipality-3.
The accused allegedly took the girl to a local maize field and raped her.
